Comfort Club Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Comfort Club is a membership program offering up to four (4) HVAC maintenance visits per calendar year. Membership benefits, pricing structures, and visit scheduling are subject to change at the discretion of Dan Only HVAC Inc.
2. Pricing and Payments
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via the payment method provided at enrollment. Current monthly rates are based on the number of units covered under the plan as specified during checkout. Dan Only HVAC Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior written notice. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership benefits.
3. Service Scope
Each maintenance visit includes the inspection, cleaning, and minor tune-ups described in the program guidelines. Any additional diagnostics, repairs, parts, or services outside this scope are not included and will be billed separately. Members receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for repairs not covered by existing warranties.
4. Scheduling and Priority Service
Visits are scheduled at mutually agreed times during standard business hours. While Club Members receive "Priority Scheduling," this program does not guarantee immediate or "instant" response times during peak weather events or emergencies. Dan Only HVAC Inc. reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or parts availability.
5. Exclusions
The Comfort Club does not cover:
Major system overhauls, full replacements, or retrofits.
Repairs required due to misuse, vandalism, fire, flood, or "Acts of God."
Systems that are inaccessible or in a condition that violates safety compliance.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable. If a member cancels after receiving a seasonal visit but before paying the equivalent of six (6) months of membership, Dan Only HVAC Inc. reserves the right to bill the difference between the member rate and the standard "one-time" service rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dan Only HVAC Inc. is responsible only for services actually performed by our technicians. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or issues discovered during maintenance. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the member during the twelve-month period in which a claim arose.
8. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Comfort Club, you acknowledge and accept these terms and the current Comfort Club agreement as of your enrollment date. No Bull. Just honest service.
